Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Marc Keelan-Bishop! All of my products are printed and shipped by Printful, a print-on-demand service. Each item is made to order, so I don’t offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.

Misprints or Damaged Items

If your order arrives misprinted or damaged, please contact me within 30 days of delivery.

Email a photo and your order number to: info@marckeelanbishop.com

I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Missing Packages Marked “Delivered”

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Most services include insurance for lost or misdelivered packages.

We’re happy to help investigate, but we can’t offer free replacements in these cases. Any reshipments would be at your expense.
